I would like to use the current OSG1 class to study our ITP technologies. For instance, what would be the shadow technique and the light technique when we do clamp,taisabaki,and then release with elbow. Or because this is a fundamental technique is there no shadow?

OSG1 Classes are a great Lab for ITP Technologies. You should be monitoring the class formats and you will see the Technologies being employed.

We will not be able to discuss ITP on this Forum. We may set up another private Forum for that. We will need to keep to OSG1 related information.
