This has been accomplished in certain instances and is possible for any individual, group or Organization in the World with a sincere desire to have local access to the Sei Shin Kan, its programs, specialized knowledge, powerful connections, and standards of excellence in the Martial Arts, particularly in the Sogo Budo realm.
